The Scandinavian experience 

It’s part of Scandinavian culture to socialise outside all year round and Mysabar provides that warm and cosy feeling for any event.

Our name is inspired by the Swedish words mysa and mysig. Mysa means cosy, and the concept of ‘Mysig’ encapsulates that feeling of finding a warm spot on a cold night, that contented feeling you get in front of a warm fire or having a good time with friends. This has inspired the beautiful decor, bespoke furniture and design.

The package comes with a full bar, a beautiful stretch tent, furniture and decor and we can fully tailor any event to your needs, creating a beautiful backdrop for a truly Scandinavian bar and dining experience.

What it looks like 

• 18 tap craft beer bar and complete back of house operations 

• Beautiful 20x15m stretch tent that can be configured to suit the weather 

• Scandinavian decor and lighting that can be tailored to your requirements

• Seating for 100-240 (tables of 4 and 6) or standing for up to 300

• Hard weaved matting for floors and solid flooring if required 

• Optional extras: we work with you on tailoring your event in a variety of ways

• Indirect marquee heaters and free standing fire heaters 

• Hard flooring to go under matting to suit various terrains 

• Additional bars and catering tents

• Food vendors – we have relationships with some of Norwich’s finest 

• Bands and DJs – we have a large roster of talented musicians.

How it works 

• We’ll help you design a beautiful event, including tent design and layout along with the food and drink offer

• Site build to your specific requirement (1-3 days)

• Provide a full bar and FOH team (if required) to run and manage the event on the day(s)

• Pack down and leave no trace
